Hello everyone,
I’m currently facing an interesting problem: for the second time in a row, I bought a Hermes shipping label but didn’t receive the QR code by email. Interestingly, this problem doesn’t occur when I choose DHL shipping. There, I always receive the necessary information reliably by email.
Has anyone else had similar experiences? What solutions or alternatives have you found? Do you think it’s due to technical problems, or could it be a bigger logistics issue?
I’m curious to hear your opinions and would appreciate tips on how you’ve handled similar situations.

·2 weeks agoThere have been problems with the labels since at least yesterday. And yes, I believe there is a technical problem at ebay, which is just one of many problems at the moment.
However, since I generally don't create my labels through ebay, I am at least not affected by this problem.
I'll pass it on and tag an ebay employee who will respond here.
