Return label not sent by the seller for a valid complaint
The seller did not provide me with a return label for returning a defective item. I have now created a DHL label myself and started the return process. How can I inform eBay about the seller's behavior and the tracking number?

After the negotiation phase, I definitely wouldn’t have spent any money that’s now gone for you and won’t be refunded. I would have involved eBay!

OP1 month agoNo, it's a large and well-known German company. Order directly on AliExpress :-)
