Conflicting shipping information
Hi, I sold an item a few days ago and also shipped it after the sale. Ebay is telling me that the delivery didn’t work out and that the item is being returned to me. However, when I enter the tracking number with DHL, it confirms to me that the delivery has arrived. This is also confirmed by entering the buyer’s postal code. The buyer also isn’t responding to my messages and questions. What can I do?

If you scroll further down in the DHL tracking , you’ll see the notice:

Unfortunately, delivery of the shipment is not possible because it does not comply with our shipping conditions. The shipment will be returned to the sender.
Accordingly, the item was delivered again to your address. The item is also marked as delivered if it is returned to the sender. If not, please contact DHL directly. We cannot see the further details of the shipment history. I wish you a quick resolution.

that's correct, however the item was not sent back to me. The DHL tracking confirms that the item arrived with the buyer. It would be easier to clarify if the buyer would get in touch with me, which he hasn't done for several days now. Also, nothing has arrived on my end either.

OP1 month agoI’ll wait for now, maybe something will still arrive, although the tracking also shows a last name, which means someone must have accepted the package.
