Once again, no DHL label possible for Denmark
Hi everyone,
In the module, the EU package is correctly preselected on the right under the address data,
But no selection can be made; the EU package is missing from the grayed-out dropdown list.
Order number: 20-15106-47237.
Would appreciate some help.
Best, m_i_a_n

OP1 month agoMaybe an important detail:
The specification in the buyer address data section reads
'DHL..International', but it should be 'DHL EU 2kg...' according to the auction's shipping options.
Is Denmark perhaps being sorted out of the 'EU' there?

OP1 month agoCorrection, the appropriate EU package according to my shipping conditions is included in the greyed-out selection

Cleared the cache and deleted cookies? Tried a different browser?
If it doesn’t work via eBay, why don’t you create the label on the DHL website and enter the tracking number for the item?

OP1 month agoHello,
Of course I've already gone through the technical options, and I know the route via DHL too.
But that's not my question here. Wouldn't it be nice if the function being offered were also usable?

·1 month agoWell, on eBay there are unfortunately always functions that don’t work. And it’s called international if it’s to be shipped outside Germany. I wouldn’t be bothered by that.

OP1 month agoI don’t share this view.
Besides, a commission is charged,
that definitely works.

·1 month agoWhat do sales fees have to do with shipping labels now?

OP1 month agoSelling outside Germany is subject to a commission on price+shipping=amount due. Since this deduction worked, it should be fine if it also applies to shipping processing. I also can’t imagine that a malfunction is supposed to be intended.
