Do I now also have to prove that I’m human when logging out, with one of those dumb picture puzzles?
What kind of stuff were they actually smoking in the eBay programming dungeon?

·1 year agoHello @der_einzig_unwahre_heino , this process is new to me. Could you maybe log out and back in again to check whether you’re being asked to verify yourself again?
@de3trader , it’s a shame you think that way. We take all requests seriously. Is there an open request from you? We’re here and happy to help you further.
Best regards, Sonja

·1 year agoNice of you to ask:
In principle, I consider the "innovations" in the selling view and with the images to be a failure and counterproductive; many others do too, but ebay claims without any proof that "customers want it that way" and asks people to complain to file M. @ebay, take care of the bugs, there’s still plenty of time left for gimmicks.
Then there are "mentors" here for whom the hunt for "priverbliches" is the highest duty in the West and who keep bringing it up in unrelated threads. Any reports as "off-topic" are ignored by the mods and only lead to you yourself ending up in the line of fire of the mods. (probably this will get censored again right away too).
In general, this vatnik-like system of over-moderation should be brought up - only... that isn’t even allowed. This group and its actions can’t be reported anywhere, let alone questioned.
Funny side effect: take a look in other forums at what the common opinion of ebay is - your jaw will drop. And all because you don’t take customers seriously here.
You wrote so nicely: Is there an open request from you?
So points 1 to 4 above, but actually rather no: There isn’t, because ebay isn’t even capable of setting up an open ticket system or even providing info about it - asking again is pointless and above all futile.
Still: big thanks to you for asking ❤️ You and Alina from support are the only ones who have made me believe over the last few months that there are still normal people at ebay.

But these "technical" objections, even justified ones like that, now seem pointless to me on eBay - they won't be taken seriously anyway, let alone dealt with (unfortunately, that's what I've learned from experience).
@ebay Please take your customers seriously!
