Hi,
Since there seem to be more and more people hanging around here who don’t own the goods and just order them from crappy Amazon, there should also be a way here (e.g. when rating a purchase) to make that clearly visible to everyone. Especially since shipping usually also takes longer than stated.
I personally want nothing to do with that bunch and definitely don’t want to support them (if I did, I’d order there myself). That’s why any goods that come from there get returned straight away.

there are definitely sellers who offer their goods on multiple marketplaces, and via Amazon, for example, these can be stored and shipped - that’s perfectly legitimate, even if sold on eBay
however, if the seller states a different shipping company and then ships via Amazon, that basically isn’t allowed (at least not without prior agreement and the buyer’s consent) ... you could mention that in the rating, as long as it doesn’t simply say "other" there
btw. why you buy from a commercial seller who is operating under the guise of “private” is basically not something you can complain about, the (non-)compliance with laws didn’t bother you there, in any case

Who even claimed something like that, where are you getting this info from????
And if it hadn't bothered me, I probably wouldn't have sent it back!!
But since you know everything, you can surely also tell me where I can see here, for example, that it is "commercial, who is under the guise of "private": https://www.ebay.de/usr/sandybiene . Sure, it says Private there, but it doesn't really have much on offer either. So for me it's not clearly apparent.

When I see private sellers and all the item images are stolen from the internet, then alarm bells start ringing for me right away.
