Customizing the Seller Cockpit Pro
Hello,
It used to be possible to make adjustments in the Seller Cockpit Pro. So you could arrange the individual fields yourself and hide the ones you didn't need. That way, you had a cockpit tailored exactly to your needs. Is that no longer possible?
Best regards.

OP1 year agoHello @petersmodellbahnstuebchen ,
Thanks for the heads-up. I’ve just left feedback.
Have a nice week, everyone.

OP1 year agoHello everyone,
So I see it the same way as @petersmodellbahnstuebchen and @perfect-sally . You can always be surprised by what new ideas the responsible team comes up with.
Still, I do think it's good if you can then customize it to suit yourself personally afterward.
No one else can make it any easier for you yourself.
Should I send feedback to the responsible team here as well?
However, I don't currently know where to find this "question mark" ...
Regards.

You’ll find the question mark in the seller cockpit at the bottom right:

@bootyooty I’d like to keep the Cockpit Pro, but as @petersmodellbahnstuebchen wrote here, there was the option to move the blocks and hide others.
@verena@ebay Ok thanks for the info. I’ll wait.
Best regards.

Hello @steineisen! This is a deliberate decision to remove the “Customize” option from the Verkäufer Cockpit Pro. The goal is to show you only the most important information that is relevant to your sales activities.
There may be further adjustments in the near future to make the overview page in Verkäufer Cockpit Pro even more helpful for you.
Thanks for passing this along, @verena@ebay! 🤗
Kind regards
Miriam

·1 year agoHi @miriam@ebay
thanks for the info, but we already discussed this topic quite some time ago.
As a commercial seller, I’m of the opinion that it should remain my decision which info blocks I consider important in the VCP, and not eBay’s decision; after all, both parties have, in some cases, different positions on this.
If eBay decides this now, I fear in the medium term that this block
will soon be way up at the top, possibly before my orders and my listings.
Here, eBay is interfering in the affairs of how I run my business. Since eBay is neither a shareholder nor a partner in my company, I find such a decision quite intrusive.

Hi Miriam, just to add:
If the specialist department, for whatever reason, makes such a decision, the department responsible for the German-language help pages should also be informed and respond promptly.
Current status today:
So much for the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.

Thanks @petersmodellbahnstuebchen - I’ve just shared your feelings about this with the responsible team. It was also passed on that the help page and the FAQs still need to be adjusted via the ? at the bottom right of the page.
You’re also welcome to share your feedback directly with the people responsible via question mark > Give feedback at any time.
Best regards
Miriam

Hi Miriam,
I’d also be happy to give feedback directly to the people responsible, but that wouldn’t answer the TE’s question.
That’s why I replied here first.

·1 year agoI wonder what gets clearer when it's constantly tinkered with. The VKs who use it know exactly where to find what, and if it's constantly changed and messed around with, then that's not user-friendly and takes a lot more time to find things and to get used to the changed view.

Hey,
Sorry , I’ve just noticed that I have different listings on different profiles, and for the look and usability it would be better if you could arrange the windows yourself 🤔
Offering possibilities and then taking them away ....
Then please reset all users to "factory settings"......
uniform, more or less manageable.....

·1 year agoHello @steineisen,
Thanks a lot for your post!
We’d be happy to have the specialist department review your request. As soon as we receive feedback on it, we’ll get back to you here.
Best regards

·1 year agoHi @steineisen
I just checked it in my VCP and unfortunately I can no longer find any link to adjust it, which I used to use to move the individual blocks, even though it is still explicitly mentioned in the eBay Help:
The only setting option I still have is in the "Short links" tab
Maybe the lovely @selina_b@ebay could have this checked, thanks Selina

·1 year agoHello @steineisen that was possible in my eBay, even with color differences.
commercial sellers have to sell here via Seller Cockpit Pro, as far as I know it is still possible for private sellers to find the link at the top right of the page, use "Disable Seller Cockpit Pro" and thus get the older view back.

Whether and to what extent that helps you can write.
Maybe another user can also explain to you which settings can be made and how.
