For an ad, under "Shipping" the location and shipping costs are displayed. Ebay could at least also show the preferred shipping provider for shops, since these work better or worse depending on the region. For example, especially with low-priced items, I would not buy if the shop uses a certain shipping provider that doesn't work locally here, but would rather switch to another shop with a different provider, even if the item costs a few cents more there. One provider has permission to leave the package, the second doesn't, the third arrives at odd times, the fourth leaves the shipment at some shady "parcel shop" that you'd have to drive halfway across the city to get to. I'd like to know that before buying.
