Item sold - but doesn't appear in sales
Someone who bought something from me messaged me. But I didn’t get any notification from eBay that the item had sold.
The listing is still shown in the auctions, however with the note that the item is no longer available and has been sold.
However, the buyer didn’t receive any payment request and I can’t send anything to the buyer, since for me the item technically hasn’t been sold.
What can I do?

did the buyer possibly accept a price suggestion from you?
Please give the item number once.

·3 weeks agoI wouldn't think that a buyer needs a payment request from the seller. The buyer clicks on buy and then pays promptly, and then the order should also show up for the seller unless the payment with Klarna has failed again, as usual.
