I have the problem that almost every time when listing, item specifics that don’t even apply are taken from the title. If I write “wool blend” in the title or “leather” for shoes, for example, the material wool is simply entered or the special feature LED(!?!).The first time I list it, I can still delete that manually. As soon as a listing is automatically relisted, the item specifics are entered incorrectly again. The bad thing is: if a buyer then claims that they relied on a certain item specific, I can understand that, but it’s not my fault at all.This, dear eBay team, urgently needs to be improved! In sales, it creates the situation where buyers unintentionally and through no fault of the seller receive items that do not match the item specifics. That cannot be right!
