Record of communication that took place via the eBay messaging system
Hello, unfortunately I can no longer print out a completed message exchange
(entire communication) with a seller/buyer.
This used to work in eBay's earlier, better messaging function
and now seems to have been "programmed away".
Could you please make this useful feature available again?

Hello @fidelium1 and thank you for your contribution in our area for suggestions for improving the eBay platform. I’m happy to pass on your request. It would reach the global people in charge faster, though, if you used this function in the new messaging system to point out that you’d like a print view for messages.
Whether this request can be implemented in the future depends, among other things, on whether other users also suggest this function.

I’m also always evaluating one or two new procedures,
but I get the impression it’s falling on barren ground 😫

Even though there isn't a direct reply to a submitted post, I can assure you that the feedback received is regularly evaluated and suggestions for improvement are taken up in order to review our users' ideas and wishes. They are an important factor in decision-making for the further development of the eBay marketplace.

·1 year agoWell, during visits, for example with the message or rating function, questions come up like how one likes it.
The automatic green eBay ratings that distort the percentage.
Or the search for information ...
I now look for those exclusively via Google, because they’re hidden way too well.
None of this is clear anymore.

·1 year agothe missing print function was already criticized during the test phase - when not everyone had yet had to endure this impossible display - by several people
but I’m pretty sure that most people nowadays just vent here and in other forums because they’ve already had their experiences with reports via the forms

·1 year agoNo, WE can’t because we’re a community with users. And eBay has made quite a few changes and will probably not reintroduce it.
In that case, you just have to work with screenshots or save it and then print it out.
