Foreign tracking number
Hello everyone
I'm missing the exact declaration in the setup for international parcels (formerly EU parcel)
Which option now has to be selected when shipping in the tracking number? So that the customer knows which parcel service provider their goods were shipped with.
So it's about the shipping service

Hello @autolackdiscount24 - even if you ship to another EU country, e.g. DHL Germany remains your shipping provider, which you should select in the dropdown menu.
We have noted that the heading may be a bit confusing; this is not about the type of shipping label (e.g. EU parcel), but the name of the shipping provider used should always be stored - and with international sales that remains DHL Germany, Hermes Germany, DPD Germany and so on.
Can you work with that? 🙂
