Notifications
Hello,
Would it be possible to redesign the app and the homepage so that, for example, when there are updates to an order, you only get a push notification and can disable that yourself in the (Android) notification categories if needed? Everything is laid out a bit confusingly, but in my opinion you're already on the right track! For example, you just don't know when you set up a notification in the app whether it means email or push. Right now, push would be my preference, then I wouldn't have to mess around separately with notification emails like "Your order has been shipped." But at some point, "only" email might also be necessary. That's why please design the UI to be a bit more transparent...

OP1 year agoI think you're in the wrong place here. At the top it clearly says "Suggestions and feedback for the eBay platform".
