Confirmed price proposal for multiple identical items - combined shipping
Ich habe 4 identical items bought by offer price. Listed was one item plus shipping costs. Now the eBay system is charging me shipping costs 4 times, which I can't change. Is there a solution for that?
the problem nowadays is that for certain price suggestions, the item has to be paid for in order to be registered as a purchase. Specifically, if the seller makes a price suggestion that the buyer accepts, the item has to be paid for immediately in order to appear as a purchase in the overview. In such a case, there is no way to request a shipping discount.
If some forum posts are to be taken seriously, this also seems to happen from time to time with price suggestions that come from the buyer side. Which means that sellers have reported that items sold through a buyer's price suggestion do not appear under sold items as long as they have not yet been paid for. In that case, you also can't offer combined shipping if the buyer has purchased multiple items.
Then you probably don't have any settings for combined shipping.
If the buyer hasn't started the checkout process yet and hasn't paid, you should be able to send a revised invoice (payment information) and edit the shipping costs.
If that doesn't work or the buyer has already paid, you can send a partial refund through one of the items.
Yep, correct. I never assume the app in my answers either. The original posters could specify that too.
I’m not interested in the app, I’m just so fed up with the ads on the ebay page. I don’t need a €10 voucher if I use the app. What users here always write about the app specifically is enough for me - I’m not putting myself through that 😉

·1 year agoTE is the buyer and as long as payment hasn't been made yet, he can ask the seller to create a total invoice.

oops, I completely overlooked that the OP is the buyer.
But the explanation could still help the seller then 😉 if it’s passed on to them.
