Change rating view

Question

Hello,

Today I saw the new view for the first time when leaving ratings and I’m disappointed that only the items are listed now, but not the buyers’ names or users. I promptly rated items that have not yet been paid for. Instead of the correct buyer information, I’m shown that I sold the items. Surprisingly, I know that... This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Hello @anschuro! We’ve looked into it and I can understand your wish to display your customers’ eBay name on the "Leave feedback" page. I’m happy to take this on board and pass along your suggestion for improvement accordingly.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, and I’m sorry that you inadvertently rated the wrong transaction. However, feedback on unpaid and chargeback orders is removed by eBay 🙂.
