Hello @steffi@ebayMay I expand on the topic?I’m not sure whether it’s the settings in Khoros or eBay that affect it.I’ve noticed more than once now that when I click on "received as seller" in the ratings, no ratings or only a few are displayed.And those are exactly the ones I’m interested in when I’m interested in an item.Only switching from "most relevant" to "newest" then brings all seller ratings to light.Many people don’t even know that. It doesn’t make sense to me either.If "most relevant" is already the default, then all reviews received as a seller should also appear here.
