Hello, Where can I report a weird issue to Ebay? I just tried the help chat bot, but it doesn’t understand me or only seems to understand problems with orders. I got the usual message “ORDER DELIVERED” for a purchase, but the order had not been delivered yet. No mail is delivered at 3:40 a.m., but according to tracking that was the time the shipment arrived in my region. That should never have triggered this message.
