Discussion: New view of internal messages in "smartphone look" | Suggestions and Feedback on the eBay Platform

Hello dear community, it seems that eBay has adjusted the view of internal messages. Instead of a wide message window, you now get a full sidebar that feels like the view on a smartphone. Because of the many line breaks, texts are simply unreadable, and your own messages also stretch across several lines (depending on the number of characters). a.) Now the question would be, who actually likes this view?b.) Whether this view is tied only to certain browsers? (here Firefox 139) c.) Or whether eBay has once again changed something that should really have been at the end of the “to-do” list, or that in terms of “accessibility” should not have been changed at all? @miriam@ebay @steffi@ebay @patrick@ebay maybe you have an idea who is responsible for the change?
