Optimize eBay for digital items too
eBay is unfortunately not optimized for digital items, wouldn’t 2025 be the time to finally tackle this?
In the software category there are almost no CDs anymore; everything is digital...
Other platforms (including **bleep**) have been there for 10 years already.
But on eBay there is no category, no shipping method for email delivery, no requirement for a tracking number, no checkbox for waiver of the right of withdrawal, etc..
Just a little suggestion 😉

·1 year agoIn particular, the return process for digital items is made impossible by ebay. It happens that customers receive Hermes labels from ebay and actually send back empty packages(!)
