Suggestions and Feedback on the eBay Platform

In ALL cases in which the ebay AI was supposed to clarify my questions or requests, it turned out to be completely overwhelmed and useless and only produced unusable suggestions, if it didn’t even understand my concern at all. Have you had similar experiences?
