Despite clear reports, customer service often responds with standard replies: “The item does not violate our policies.”It seems as if these sellers are protected simply because they:Have an old account with lots of ratings.Bring in high fees for eBay through the high sales volume.Is customer service overwhelmed here, or is there a deliberate looking the other way with top sellers? A reputable marketplace should not ignore such practices just because the numbers add up.What are your experiences with this?
