Good suggestion regarding the GPSR regulation - promotional offers

At least until this GPSR nonsense is sorted out, change the duration or remove the 30 days and make it unlimited, then all sellers have the advantage that products listed before 13/12/24 will initially run without a limit.
One click and everyone is happy for now.

Try to picture the entire EU market in your mind.
It’s not about when something was “listed” on eBay, how long the offer ran, runs or doesn’t run, but rather when the product was sold for the first time in the EU.

·1 year agoProducts that were already placed on the market in the EU before 13/12 may also continue to be newly listed after 13/12 without providing the information. The information is only mandatory for products that are first (!) placed on the market after 13/12.
