I only just consciously noticed that there is this separate theme category "Suggestions and feedback on eBay". I also immediately have a suggestion regarding the (human) hotline: For an estimated 2-3 years now, hotline employees have reliably "discovered" at the start of the conversation that you've been with eBay for so-and-so long as a customer and politely thank you. I usually ignore that, mostly feeling awkward: I feel sorry for the employees who always have to recite their thank-you line - and besides, I don't even want to hear it.So perhaps it would be a win for both sides to do away with these meaningless thank-you formulas again.Thanks for your attention.
