I needed help from Ebay customer service. By the time I had gotten past the AI and managed to get a human agent, I was already pretty annoyed. Finally got through, explained the problem - then I was told that this issue would be resolved by .... . The problem could have been resolved immediately, but unfortunately customer service hung up after making that statement.
Further attempts to reach customer service were blocked by the AI with options that didn't fit - you just go round in circles and are at the mercy of the AI.
