Delivery time information for customers after purchase
Hello,
here’s a question for eBay: when is it planned to change the preset transit times/delivery estimates for letter mail (currently 1-2 days)? These were hardly ever met even before the new postal law, but now that the post office is allowed to take over 4 days, they’re completely outdated. Sure, I could set the processing time from 1 to 3 days, but then I’d drop out of eBay Plus. I’d also be giving my customers the impression that I need 3 days to send a letter. Now, with every shipment, you run the risk of getting a defect because of late delivery.

ebay employees are present there and answer such questions during the Q&A session.

Our shipping team is actually very reliable and also keeps track of everything that's happening and planned with the various shipping providers.

all good, it definitely wasn't meant as a reproach against you.
But I think eBay should have dealt with this a long time ago. That a new postal law is coming has been known for more than a year now. So let's wait and see.
