Hello,today I had contact with a really very nice employee at the eBay hotline. Unfortunately, it seems that the eBay hotline is staffed only by people who are neither sufficiently fluent in spoken nor written German for this position. I’m certainly not grammatically perfect either and sometimes forget a comma or something like that. It was about a seller who, for 2 auctions I won, is not handing over the goods or has not arranged a pickup appointment with me. I explained this to the employee, he took note of it accordingly, and immediately prepared an email to the seller while I was still on the phone. So everything was really good and nice. Unfortunately, the execution is lacking. Below is the text of the email to the seller: "we are writing to you because your buyer fuhr-werk has informed us that he would like to discuss any open questions about the purchase *Auktionsnummer entfernt* with you. the customer would like to speak with you to arrange an appointment, please get in touch with the buyer, because the buyer wants to receive it as quickly as possible, and please call the buyer at this number *Telefonnummer entfernt* and. Therefore we ask you to contact him.Kind regards.*Mitarbeitername entfernt*eBay customer service" The text was sent to the delinquent seller exactly like that. Of course I have ich for this message here removed the corresponding data. I can understand the seller if he doesn’t respond to that. If I got a mail like that, I’d delete it without comment on the assumption that it was a fake message. Grammar, wording, spelling - nonexistent. The whole email is so unprofessional, it really makes you wonder. As I said, the gentleman was very nice and friendly on the phone, it was a pleasant conversation. But such a letter can’t really be meant seriously, can it?
