Missed another chance again!

something already bothered me with the old way of communication, and unfortunately you forgot to include it with the new one.
When a customer asks me through the eBay messaging system after placing an order I can see which item it is about - but I still have to painstakingly search for the order in the archive, for example to find out when the order was shipped or to look up similar information.
An IT-side linking of the eBay name with orders that have already been placed would certainly be possible and very useful in this case!
Or does it already exist and I just don’t know about it ???

Hello @imperial-modellbau - I moved your good suggestion directly to the area set aside for that in our community.
We also continue to encourage you to share your thoughts on redesigning our messaging system via the option at the end of the news page, so everything will be collected and sent to the responsible teams.
Nevertheless, I will once again pass on the suggestion to also display the order numbers that have already been placed through the channels available to me, and thank you for your effort in bringing this request to us, which would certainly make your daily work easier 🙂.
