New version of eBay

Suggestions and Feedback on the eBay Platform

I don't think the new ebay site is that great, I liked the old site much better! The new version isn't very clear, sometimes I have to search longer before I find something! For example, my balance isn't shown to me right away anymore, I always have to look for it! I wish the old version of ebay would come back!

Hi @marthie4912

when I open my Ebay in the app, I immediately see "Payments" at the top left. There I can directly see the total amount and the available amounts.

Which new page are you talking about? I’ve had the same pages for years, just with one improvement or another.

I had to reinstall the eBay app from scratch; the old one was suddenly gone and now the homepage and all the other pages are completely new, everything has been changed! I even spoke on the phone with an eBay employee about it, and I was told that if I’ve had my app for a very long time and don’t even update it in between, that can happen! But I don’t like the new app at all, I have a really hard time finding my way around it, and I already wrote that to eBay too!

Complaints to ebay about the app won't do anything, since all apps worldwide need updates and refreshes. And unfortunately, this is often not very user-friendly either.

I don't use the app, but from what I've already read and heard here about the app, it's beyond a joke. Apparently it's so faulty, often doesn't work properly, and is confusing. I wouldn't put myself through that, and if it has to be on a smartphone, then I'd log in through a browser.
