Frank a package
In terms of the options for franking, there are only parcels, large and weight. I suggest that eBay also has an option for insurance. At the moment, you can only set postage for an insured value of 500 EUR. For item values over 500 EUR, it would be nice to have a choice of a higher insured value.

·2 years agoIf you want to insure a package for a higher amount, you can create the label at any time on the shipping provider's website.

I think it's good that Ebay doesn't offer this higher insurance on its site!
Because you can't insure all items for a higher amount, and besides, dropping off
packages, for example via a parcel locker, is also not allowed.. there are still quite a few
things to keep in mind when shipping, which Ebay would also have to communicate
and that would somehow end up going on forever....
As a sender, you're much
better off on the shipping providers' website....

OP2 years agoI know that and have used it too. It was just a suggestion to have this as an option. My problem is resolved.
