In the offers, all prices are shown incl. VAT. For an item I was watching, I received a price suggestion from the (commercial) seller by email. Only when checking did I see that the stated price suggestion does not include VAT. I find this confusing, especially since this was not apparent in the email.My suggestion: state price suggestions (as with offers) as gross prices, or at least make it clear when tax still applies.

Thanks for your feedback, @ha.jo.we! I see that the VAT is only shown in the email "We have sent your counteroffer", but not in the first email with the private price proposal to you.
