PStTG - What’s going on again here? No info!

Hello Ebayers, today I had to find out that the PStTG report to the tax office for the year 2025 was only created and submitted on 29/05/2026. What's going on here again? According to eBay Help and the law, this must be done by 31 January 2026 at the latest. It also says in eBay Help: You will receive a notification by email. Where is this notification?
Maybe everyone who may also be affected should take a look at https://www.ebay.de/mes/transaction-reports?q=tax&sh=true to see whether eBay hasn't secretly slipped a report in there too.

·3 weeks agoHello everyone, my PSttG report still hasn’t been created as of today (21/07), and I urgently need it. In several phone calls, three (!) service employees from the specialist department confirmed to me that there is a technical error here and that I - as already in 2024 - should of course receive this report (small business owner, over 10k turnover). Despite constant promises to fix the problem immediately, nothing has happened for almost 3 weeks now. "Funnily enough," I received a message in between from a customer service employee: "Unfortunately, there is no PStTG report [sic!] for commercial sellers." Complete nonsense, of course - the employees in the specialist department also found that odd. I hope that the matter will be resolved in the next few days. Hello @xtian_apostata - In fact, in some cases there was a technical issue that prevented the creation of the PStTG report for the year 2025. This issue has since been fixed. The affected reports are currently being processed again and then submitted to the responsible tax authority. Once the post-processing is complete, your report should be available accordingly.
We understand that the delay is especially frustrating when you need the report promptly.

Hello @lolly030 - Thanks a lot for the heads-up. In fact, in this case the problem was on eBay's side and has since been fixed. However, what matters is that the delay or subsequent correction did not cause you any disadvantage with the authorities.

Your report under the PStTG for 2024 has been submitted. --> 30.01.2025
After that there was no more information about the PStTG, so the problem must be with Ebay!

Hello @lolly030 and thanks for your patience in this matter. In the meantime, we can confirm that the report to the tax authority was submitted as part of the regular reporting process in January 2026. Please check your email inbox for a message sent between January 12 and 16, 2026. In it, you were informed that the report would be made.
As soon as we receive feedback from the product team, we can also give you more detailed information about why the PDF was apparently only created in May. At this point, unfortunately, I can't estimate when we'll receive an update on this.

Actually, sellers (business) have until 31.07.2026 to report their sales from 2025.
