Return doesn't work, Hermes says this is freight, 4 steel rims, I have to take them to Rendsburg myself
You can't go to the seller to tell them that I don't know who can do the return, because the process is already underway, when I click on the seller it only says until January 3rd,

If it’s a regular withdrawal from a commercial seller, the cancellation policy will state whether the buyer or the seller has to cover the return shipping costs.
In the case of a complaint - item not as described/shown - the seller covers the return shipping costs.
