Results of saved searches no longer accessible!
Hello, for a little while now I can no longer retrieve the results of my saved searches! Instead, I get these "saved feeds" which are completely useless, unsorted, and mostly already old.. For me, that was the most important feature on eBay, it was updated almost every minute - and now it's just gone?! I can't believe it!!! eBay gives no response when asked!
What do you think?

·1 year agoThis is not about "saved searches" under "My eBay", but about the results of the saved searches, which could be accessed via the homepage under "saved".

Hello @swissflex00! Even though there is now the new function "saved feeds", at this point I’m not aware that saved searches (tab below) should no longer be accessible - mine are still there and I also see 100+ saved searches with search results for you, but no contact with our customer service through this eBay account?

·1 year agoI also find these "saved feeds" completely useless, both for buyers and for sellers.
I’ve already bought some things because I found them without looking for them.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult for eBay customers to be satisfied with this portal.

·1 year agoForgive me if I have to say this rather bluntly: serves you right.
Not meant in a bad way at all, but if you rely on ebay... tough luck. Unfortunately, that’s really how it is. I find it just as awful.
I had the same problems and then started to a) cobble together my own search and b) bookmark the resulting searches myself.
