Hello, So far, seller reviews were quite simple.You indicated whether you were giving a Positive, Neutral, or Negative review.There was also the comment field, where you could write a text with details.Additionally, communication, delivery time, ... were usually to be rated. However, has the system obviously been changed now?Now only a Positive, Neutral, or Negative review can be given.The comment field is completely missing!Instead, you now have to rate the item itself in detail. Honestly, I cannot understand why the comment field for the seller was removed.I always found it very helpful.Whether you want to rate the item itself or not should, in my opinion, be an option and not a must. How do others see this?Or did I misunderstand something and the comment field for the seller is still there? Thank you in advance for your help!
