Hello, We have just reactivated the sales promotion "Buy 3 items and save €10". We have already run this several times. We have noticed that almost all customers who use it buy 3 items of the same product, but almost never 3 different ones. When you click on the promotion, it does not seem clear to us that it can also be used for 3 different items. In the short description, we specifically entered "From 3 items (also different)". But in our view, this is not made clear enough to the customer. Can this be highlighted more concretely? It makes sense for both the buyer and the seller (and therefore also for eBay) that the promotion can be understood unambiguously.We welcome suggestions or a small adjustment to the sales promotion. 🙂 Best regards buyernde
