Hello @myregardstothedodo and @ttd4it - I looked into this as well, and this display of the item pages appears when the product catalog is set via an EAN. If an item is no longer for sale and has therefore been removed from search, we link to items that most closely match the appropriate product, so that you only find offers that you can buy directly.
