Why do you have to compulsively change a tried-and-true system, only to make it less usable afterward?Specifically, yesterday the email subject lines for search tasks were changed. Previously, you had SEARCH TASK: N new results today! That contains exactly the interesting info up front:1) what am I searching for2) are there any new matches for it.Now the subject line is:New: N matches for SEARCH TASK On a smartphone, often only the beginning of the subject line is shown: "New: 12 matches for ". Great. With the old one, you could also sort nicely by subject - everything that belonged together was shown together too.Why do you have to compulsively introduce changes like this - ones that don't help, but instead make everything worse than before?Oh yes, the size of the emails also more than doubled right away, from 30 kB to 70 kB. The interesting part of the email got pushed even further down.Thanks for nothing...
