Hello everyone, I run an online shop alongside my full-time job, and every now and then there are these weird customers who make such crazy claims. Back then I would just email this in brief at work and bang, it was sorted out.Nowadays you have to go the phone route and that isn’t possible. Unfortunately, I also think the colleagues on the phone don’t really speak the language well, but I’d rather keep my theory to myself. I’ve been using eBay for 10 years. Active online seller for 3 years. Unfortunately, it keeps getting worse because of customer service. When I see how the competition resolves problems with issues like this, it would definitely be desirable from eBay.Why do I, as a seller, have to accept every return and also cover the return shipping costs? Sure, the buyer can withdraw from the purchase, but that doesn’t work as easily as eBay makes it out to be.Customer orders, destroys the item, and returns it with the reason: "not as described"In 4 years, I had damage in the four-digit range, and eBay still supports that.I want a direct contact person, someone I can reach by email or however, and communicate with in proper German.
