where is my money
Good day!
I have already written to you a few times that I had not exceeded 2000 euros, please take another careful look,
why does nobody remember that, I also wrote but got no reasonable answer that I sold my item for 160 euros to an dishonest buyer, he wrote that my item was defective, although it was brand new,
You refunded the money without me, but I still have not received my new item, who is responsible for this, I am currently in a bad financial situation, I need the money for food, please give me my money back,
I was correct with every buyer and seller for more than 20 years, take a look at my ratings and you also counted this 160 euros, although you collected the same amount.
Kind regards

·1 year agoWhen supposedly new and therefore presumably perfectly functioning items are being claimed, that’s of course annoying.
But you still have to take the item back, that’s eBay Buyer Protection.
In this case, you also have to pay for return shipping.
Via eBay, there is the option to provide the buyer with a return label at your own expense.
You probably didn’t do that.
That’s why eBay refunded the buyer and you now don’t have your goods back.
So you would always have to let the buyer have the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.
Otherwise you won’t get your item back.

·1 year agoIf a buyer files a complaint, then you have to take it back and issue the buyer a return slip. If you don't do that, eBay will step in and refund for you, and you'll get a defect on your account.
If you don't send the buyer a return label, they won't send the items back. And if eBay has already refunded, then the money is back with the buyer because you didn't respond and it can't be recovered.
