Hello everyone,I hope someone here has had a similar case and can share how it turned out for you.I’m currently waiting for an eBay payout that is shown in the system as “Funds sent / Gesendet”. According to eBay, the payout was initiated on 17/01/2026. However, to this day, no money has been credited to my bank account.Important points about my case:• The IBAN on file is correct (I have received eBay payouts to this account before).• My bank (Sparkasse) has checked and confirmed that no payment was posted during this period.• eBay says the payment was sent successfully and has sent me an encrypted proof of payment (ZIP with password).• I’m supposed to take this proof to the bank so they can check whether the payment may have been rejected or never arrived.• So far, however, I have not received any concrete answer about where the money is at the moment.
