Pending payment from eBay: No credit after 2 days despite completed sale
Hello everyone,
I recently sold a product, and it was delivered on Wednesday. The buyer has already paid. On 15/07, I was shown that the money would be paid out on 17/07 and there was still a withheld above it, however today is 18/07 and the money still hasn’t been credited to my eBay balance.
Could someone please help me understand what’s going on?

·1 week agoReally bad right now, I sold 3 items. No one can keep track of the fees anymore, then paid, then 2 x not from the balance, then the amounts don't add up, horrible at the moment.

·3 weeks ago@re_5630 : I'm sorry to tell you that you won't get any proper information about this from ebay. I'm affected too, and ebay makes up the payment dates at random and then doesn't even stick to them. Neither the phone customer support, nor here in the forum, nor the employees behind the email complaints management will give you any information whatsoever. I currently have an item that says "payout on 18/07", but as of today it hasn't been paid out.

·3 weeks agoNo rating at all, sold an electronic item that is prone to complaints. It can already take a while until you get paid out.

if it was paid out yesterday, it can’t still be available as credit. Then it’ll be in your bank account today or Monday.
