Hello eBay Community
in my payments it says that my payouts are being withheld and that I should clarify any open questions. However, when I look under “Resolve problems,” it clearly says:
“All clear, no unresolved issues”
and that there are no restrictions on my eBay account.
Could you please check why my payout is still being withheld, and reactivate the payout if there is nothing left for me to clarify?

I see 2 sold products on your account, both are vouchers.
On Ebay you’re being listed as a new seller, and Ebay wants to make sure the transactions lead to a positive buyer experience. That’s called buyer protection, and that’s why payments can be withheld for up to 30 days.
You write in your listings:
"Please make sure before buying that use in your country is possible."
How am I supposed to check that as a buyer before buying?
Did you receive a message about this from Ebay? Then the "issues" should be listed there.

I’d also like to add that I already received an official email from eBay customer service on this exact topic.
I replied to it and also received a response.
In the response, I was informed that the old link to the selfie verification had expired.
It was also explained that my case had been forwarded to the special team and that a note had been left there so that my request would be handled with high priority. I was asked to wait three to four days for new information.
Since then, however, I have not received any further response or clarification regarding my current payout. In my eBay account, it still says that my payouts are being withheld and that open questions should be clarified.
Under “Resolve problems,” however, it simultaneously shows me that there are no unresolved problems and that my account has no restrictions.
For that reason, I’m not sure why my payout is still being withheld and what the current status of the selfie verification is.
I would be grateful if someone could explain how I can proceed in this case or when I can expect a response regarding my payout and my
verification case.

sorry, but only from Monday here in the forum can an eBay employee help you.
If it’s really urgent, just open the help section and write "employee" or "callback" to the chat bot (if necessary multiple times).
