DHL shipment delivered, but eBay tracking isn't updating – payout pending

I need help from an eBay employee or moderator, please.
This is about the item I sold with the item no. 147579323480.
I sent the package myself with DHL and then added the valid DHL tracking number on eBay.
According to the official DHL tracking, the package was already successfully delivered to the buyer on 23/09/2026 at 2:27 PM. The buyer also confirmed to me via eBay that they received the package.
Unfortunately, the shipping status is not being synchronized correctly with DHL on eBay. eBay still shows that delivery is taking longer than expected or that the shipment has not yet been delivered.
As a result, my payout has not been released yet, even though the item was demonstrably delivered and received by the buyer.
Could an eBay employee or moderator please review the case and check the delivery status and the pending payout?
If needed, I can gladly provide a screenshot of the official DHL tracking showing the successful delivery.

What I’m mainly concerned about isn’t the general length of the payment hold, but the incorrect tracking status.
DHL has confirmed successful delivery since 23/09/2026 at 14:27, and the buyer has also confirmed receipt to me via eBay.
However, my eBay transaction details still only say “Shipped” and not “Delivered.” According to eBay, the amount is usually available within 2 days after delivery.
So I’d like to know whether an eBay employee could please check why the DHL status “Delivered” is not being reflected.

·1 week agoHello @chaoning 23/9 was only yesterday, and delivery alone doesn’t trigger a payout from eBay either.
It depends on a lot of things, e.g. the buyer would now have 30 days to report an item that differs from the item description.
For reasons like that alone, eBay withholds funds; please read through everything here.

I only see 2 sales from you recently. That means Ebay considers you a new seller, and the release of your funds will probably take a bit longer, regardless of the synchronization of the shipment status with Ebay.
