Ebay can NEVER pay out the money and keep it forever! (please read!) | Payment processing on eBay

I shipped my package on 04/09; I had the QR code scanned at the checkout, but I had to pay 2 euros extra because my package was over 5kg. Only 2 days later did I see that I have a different tracking number on the slip than the one from the QR code.... long story short, the package arrived ages ago, but now I have two package tracking numbers here (see picture below) And since Ebay simply won't delete the first one, and with this one the delivery status will NEVER change, they can just claim that the package never arrives, and thus keep the money from me "forever". WHY doesn't ebay delete the invalid number!?? After countless calls and requests I get no response! That such a thing can legally exist here in Germany is a mystery to me; otherwise people complain about everything, so why are there no complaints from sellers here? I'm surely not the only one with such problems
