Hello everyone, I sold an item here on eBay and shipped it via DHL parcel (so with insurance and tracking). The parcel could not be delivered on the delivery day because the recipient was not at home. The shipment was then forwarded to the nearest branch. According to the tracking on the DHL site, the shipment has now been picked up by the buyer. However, according to the tracking here on eBay, the shipment is still showing the status "Shipment is available for pickup at the branch".&n...
