In short:Withheld amounts are not paid out, even though the 31 days have passed AND on the page where the orders are shown in the list, they are marked in “green,” i.e. available/paid out. However, if you click into the detail view “Purchase details,” you can see that nothing has been released and nothing has been paid out. In the first example, incidentally, this was despite successful delivery by registered mail (however, to a different ZIP code, which has to do with the postal service). The same goes for the second example. Green marking in the overview – but no payout.I will now check EVERY order manually, as there seems to be a system error at Ebay here and the amounts are also not being paid out even after the 31 days have expired, although Ebay suggests this in the overview.All I can say is: Check whether you are actually getting your payouts, or whether, like me, orders are not being paid out.I would like an explanation here as to how it can happen that it is suggested that the amount has been paid out and then it hasn’t. And it really hasn’t—no payout in the account. @miriam@ebay For example, these two orders: 01-13437-50792 and 19-13401-29621; but it affects almost all orders. That also explains why I’m shown a withheld amount in the 4-digit range at Ebay, but I barely receive any payouts (20-30 euro amounts)!!!!!
