Wrong bank account

Hello, I need help with my eBay account.
The account was originally set up on my phone by my minor son. But I am the actual user and account holder in everyday life.

Now payouts are being withheld and I can’t change the details correctly.
I would like to fully switch the account to my information now and complete the identity verification correctly so that the payouts are released.

The first question would be what exactly your underage son is doing setting up eBay on your phone? eBay is 18+ and not for minors. And the details in eBay must be the same as those of the bank account owner.

Yes, he brought his own bank account there and withdrew money, now eBay wants verification and I can't change the bank account
