Commercial seller (tech giant / MM) does not send an invoice | Payment processing on eBay

Good day, I, as a commercial buyer, bought something from a commercial seller (you can probably guess from the title). As far as I know, a seller should automatically send me an invoice. Unfortunately, I still haven't received an invoice for my accounting. If I want to message the seller, it says, "Unfortunately, this seller has decided not to receive messages." How do I proceed? I need an invoice. I also don't understand why this is allowed here? To get an invoice, you have to contact the seller, but they don't allow messages... How is that supposed to work?
