Hi. In April we bought a dishwasher from a commercial seller. Now the appliance is having problems, but we have lost the invoice. I can’t contact the seller on Ebay (error message), and I also can’t call the number listed in the legal notice, which doesn’t work either. I contacted the seller outside of Ebay via the online shop and asked for a copy of the invoice. The seller is refusing, saying that Ebay is responsible. VG Daniel
