I can't verify myself as a seller. The error message doesn't say exactly what's going wrong!
Summary: elk-bappuevo reports difficulties with verifying as a seller on eBay, even though all required documents such as the commercial register were uploaded. An error message says that the information must match the data stored with the BZSt 100% exactly. perfect-sally recommends checking all the data carefully, since even the smallest discrepancies can be problematic. elk-bappuevo expresses frustration because eBay does not specify the exact source of the error, and asks about phone support to clarify the issue, especially since the deadline ends in four days.
I keep getting the following message. "We still need to verify your information. To protect our marketplace for you and the eBay community, only a verified seller can list an item. At the moment, unfortunately, you can only save a draft of your listing"
Even though the account has been set up.
Even though a current version of the commercial register was uploaded.
Is there telephone support at eBay?
Thanks in advance for your support.
Best regards

·3 weeks agoYour details in ebay must match the details at the BZSt 100%. Even the slightest deviation will be rejected. Compare these data.

OP3 weeks agoI have gone through the details several times.- The problem is, ebay doesn't say, or doesn't indicate, where the bug is lurking! It could even be a space in the VAT ID no. DE 173396645EPR: DE2251966718719WEEE number: DE83739485.
But thanks for the tip,-
It would be nice if ebay could sort this out straight away with phone support.
So, the problem still exists, and the deadline runs out in 4 days!

·3 weeks agoIt’s also about spellings. Capitalization, abbreviations, etc.
Example: "Gladbacher Street" instead of "Gladbacher St."
I was never told exactly what’s wrong either. The check is probably automatic too, so there’s only "fits" or "doesn’t fit".
